Hey Kev, great site just wondering if the healing of the arm got in the way of off season work outs for you.It seems to me that you seem to get stronger each year so I am hoping that will continue this year.Also I know you were working out with Franklin last,did you guys continue this off season?

Hey Roddy, the healing of my arm is going very well and it didn't really affect me working out this offseason.
